Whether it's maximising your own costs or damage limitation, we can provide a complete costs negotiation service focused on achieving the best possible outcome for you and your client.
Our fees are set realistically, being both reasonable and proportionate ; the objective always being to ensure maximum recovery for our clients.
We are happy to take on urgent matters. Otherwise, we aim to provide a maximum turnaround time of 15 working days. If for any reason this is unlikely, we will contact you promptly.
Our experiences allow us to think outside the box when it comes to costs. We also use bespoke software, enabling us to store all Bills on computers and make quick and easy revisions if required.
Sometimes it may be more practical for matters to be dealt with in-house, subject to availability.
We are also able to offer seminars to your fee earners, on topics such as recoverability of costs and how to maximise profitability.
